Dear Joanne,
I wish to express our sincere thanks to you and all your staff at Riu Seabank for such a pleasant holiday we just had.
We were in room 366 which was perfect for us. Thank you for the fruit basket and wine, and for putting lemonade in our room for our arrival. Much appreciated.
We must commend you for such a clean and beautiful Hotel. Our maid Vicky was superb and kept our room spotless.
We will be returning next year if you could keep me informed of when we can rebook with prices I would be Thankful.
My daughter made many friends while we were there and hope they will return too.

Hello Pierre,
Hope you are well. I would just like to say thank you to yourself and all the staff at Hotel RIU Seabank MALTA for not only giving us a well priced holiday but also great holiday in general. We have now stayed at your Hotel 3 times in 2 years and it keeps getting better. This was the first time we stayed in the summer and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating (especially Belinda our kids loved her and please pass on our regards).
We are already hoping to return (maybe in October 2010).
We also ate in the buffet restaurant for the 1st time and ended up eating their every night the food was brilliant.

My wife and I have just returned to the very windy and cold north of England after experiencing a wonderful stay at your hotel from 23 to 30 March.
Following a friend's recommendation and visit to the hotel RIU Seabank in March 2009, we were shown around the hotel by Marion Spiteri - and what an ambassador for your company she is. As a result we booked our winter break holiday with you this March. I emailed the reservations staff and Joanne Vella arranged for us to have room 563 as we requested a high and quiet room. This was very kind of her and her selection was inspired and well founded.
Despite being retired my wife have part time jobs in the retail business and appreciate that good customer care is a minimum. However, your hotel provided us with exceptional customer care at every level. There was Marion, Rosa and John at reception (and everyone else whose names escape me); Philip the waiter; the incredibly hard working and talented chefs; very pleasant bar staff and caring, conscientious chamber maids. Indeed no one put a foot wrong!
Next March we celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and we are very much hoping to revisit the Seabank at that time and renew old acquaintances.
Once again thank you very much for an excellent holiday and please convey our warm appreciation and regards to all.

Hello,
just arrived back from our holiday with you fromt the 15th September to the "9th and would like to say on behalf of my family and myself thankyou for making our stay so comfortable. All the staff where helpful and friendly. Any problems where soon sorted. The food was of a good standard and the cleaning of the room was cleaned to a good standard. One could not wish for a more relaxed holiday. Thankyou and hope to see you all again. Just one thing and that is the film rotation. As we are not drinkers and prefer to relax in the evenings by maybe watching a film then a fortnightly rotation would have been nice instead of the weekly one now done.
