S A M H A Y M A N

Born on the 9th of March 1978 in Malta into a musical family, he started studying piano at the young age of 4. After finishing his studies in 2002 in St Petersburg (Russia) he achieved his Masters in Milan in 2003. Sam graduated with full honours in Piano Performance and Composition. He subsequently played classical concerts around Europe touring most of the major cities.

During this period, he also took up playing Jazz and eventually he went to the United States of America where he played jazz in various major venues like the Blue Note Jazz Club in New York, Andy's Jazz Club in Chicago and the Village Vanguard as well in NY.

Throughout this period Sam composed and co-composed various musicals as well as orchestrating and conducting many others in his home country.
